Please note: Fundraiser may not be combined with any of our group rates, coupons or promotions of any type including our promotional Family Night or during our Holiday Periods. Walnut Creek on Ice reserves the right to refuse groups or organizations to participate in our $3 back Fundraiser that may not qualify or does not comply in full with the rules and regulations of the Fundraiser.
Participant to contact Walnut Creek on Ice, (WCOI) ● select a date/or dates, fill out registration form and submit Flyer for approval. Fundraiser events are only Monday-Friday.
Participant to submit their Fundraiser Flyer for approval to WCOI prior to their scheduled date or dates.
Participant is prohibited to distribute, under any circumstances, their flyers on Walnut Creek on Ice site or anywhere in front of or around Walnut Creek on Ice site prior to/or on the day of their scheduled event.
In order to receive credit for the fundraiser each skater must bring their fundraising flyer from their designated school or organization.
Participants Fundraiser $3 back reimbursement check will be submitted for payment and distributed via U.S. Mail approximately 4-6 weeks after the season closes.
